Sr Th Tyringhā sent me ny {sic} lady Dickbees coach to bring ne {sic} to Tyringhā & thenc to my Lady Dighbees. & so hone {sic} agayne. where I was so brused yt in my left foote wth blyster red black spots & knobs & my left anckle rūpe all blacke red & bloue & could not eate nor rest ever since

he wrote yt his wife my neece Clare is sorely troubled wth a rising vp to her throate ready to stop her wynd & is payned in her hips & knees & was frighted wth the sight of that fearfull fire
